Recruitment Staff
Responsibilities :

• Support the development and implementation of the Recruitment initiatives and systems
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Perform also in employer branding activities by creating and maintaining employer branding programs

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Recruitment Staff (an experience in Digital Agency Industry will be an advantage)
• Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, organization development etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full understanding of the Recruitment Cycle
